Arrival at Cochin International Airport (COK) . Welcome to Kerala, God’s own country. Upon arrival, we met and greeted our representative and transferred to Munnar by road. Munnar is the Tea County of Kerala. Enroute enjoy the scenic beauty of tea plantations, Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. Also, en-route has some astounding views at the Karadippara view point. Upon arrival, check in at the resort of stay for your overnight stay.
After breakfast, leave for a sightseeing tour of Munnar, where you visit The tea plantations, the Mattupetty dam, Echo point and Rose Garden. visit Eravikulam National Park, Tea Museum and Tea Factory. Evening shopping in Munnar Town.. Overnight stay in Munnar
After breakfast, transfer to Thekkady the Cardamom hills of Kerala, a beauty point in the Western Ghats. On the way visit Spice Plantations and Elephant Park. Then visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and Optional Boating. Evening go for a Kathakali or Kalaripayattu show. Overnight stay in Thekkady
After breakfast, transfer to Kumarakom. Check into the resort. Day free for leisure on backwater and resort. Evening visits Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Evening spent in a resort with activities. Overnight stay in Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Alleppey along the backwaters to board a houseboat. Alleppey is known for its unique houseboat where you get the chance to see the backwater life in close proximity. Today you are going to stay on board the houseboat for a night. The cruise starts at 1200 hours where you cruise along narrow canals, there would be a short break for lunch which would be served on board. The cruise happens until evening and is docked for the overnight stay and dinner is served on board. Next day the cruise resumes and breakfast is served on board. Check out happens at 0900 hours.
After breakfast, transfer to Cochin, visit the old port town of Cochin, visit the Santa Cruz Basilica, Mattancherry palace, St. Francis Church and Fort Kochi beach where we can see Chinese Fishing Nets. Then transfer to Ernakulam railway station or airport for departure back home with beautiful memories.
